The report draws on local operating data, global operating partner data, and survey responses from thousands of riders who used Lyft-operated shared micromobility systems during the 2024 calendar year and highlights emerging trends in 2025.

In order to produce this report, Lyft fields a major survey of our bikeshare and shared scooter riders working with survey vendor, YouGov, and leverages internal operating data as well as public information about partner systems.
