New Concierge features for easy ride management

New Concierge enhancements help boost your organization’s efficiency and ensure a smoother experience for your riders.

We know how important it is to keep your transportation programs running as efficiently as possible. We’ve made improvements to Concierge to make things even faster, easier, and smoother for you and your riders.

Edit scheduled rides
Coordinators can now edit the date, time, pickup address, drop-off address, and driver notes for any scheduled ride up to one hour before the ride.

To edit a scheduled ride, navigate to ‘Upcoming’ in Concierge and select ‘Edit ride.’ Make your changes, then select ‘Confirm.’

Upload Concierge rides in bulk
No more manual entry—now you can easily schedule multiple Concierge rides at once. Simply upload a TSV or CSV file with the date, time, pickup, and drop-off for each ride, along with the rider’s name and phone number.

Check your email to confirm that your rides are scheduled.

Add a second phone number
You can now add up to two phone numbers to receive information about your ride requests. Select ‘Share ride info with others’ when requesting a ride to provide riders’ support systems—such as caregivers and transportation coordinators—with the visibility they need.
