These Lyft Business Rewards US Program Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Lyft, Inc., and its affiliates and subsidiaries in the United States ("Lyft"). These Terms and Conditions, together with the Lyft Privacy Policy and Lyft Terms of Service (collectively, the "Terms"), govern your participation in the Lyft Business Rewards Program (the "Program"). By participating in this Program you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
This Program is offered at Lyft's sole discretion. Lyft may unilaterally (i) terminate or suspend the Program in whole or in part; (ii) change any aspect of the Program and/or these Terms, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards you have already accumulated; and/or (iii) modify the Program only to limited cohorts of participants. Changes to these Terms will be posted to Lyft Business Rewards US Program Terms and Conditions and are effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to participate in the Program after changes are posted, you are agreeing to be bound by any revised Terms and/or Program changes.
By participating in this Program, you are representing and warranting that your participation is (i) permitted by any organization with which your Business Profile is associated, and (ii) not in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
This Program is exclusive to your verified Business Profile account associated with a participating organization or account holder and may not be transferred. Rewards awarded under this Program may include Lyft Cash and/or an upgrade to Priority Pickup ("Rewards"). Lyft Cash cannot be used for certain Lyft charges, including without limitation lost and found fees, damage fees, and gift cards. Lyft may unilaterally change the limit on the amount of Lyft Cash that can be accrued at any time with or without notice. Rewards earned may not be transferred and may vary between organizations and account holders. A "Qualifying Ride" that counts toward earning Rewards is defined as a ride taken entirely within the United States with a verified Business Profile account associated with a participating organization or account holder. Rewards will accrue based on the dollar amount spent on Qualifying Rides, which may not include all charges associated with a Ride and does not include tips, taxes, cancellation fees, or damage charges. Lyft, in its sole discretion, may offer other methods of earning Rewards.
Term & Eligibility. The Program will continue until such time as Lyft, in its sole discretion, elects to terminate the Program. Participation in the Program is a privilege and may be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by Lyft for any reason. If your Business Profile is terminated, Lyft may terminate the associated earned rewards.
Disclaimer. The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time. Lyft is not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program and/or any of its features or any of the rewards provided under the Program. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an "as is" and “as available” basis. Lyft makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and/or accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Program, you agree that Lyft and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") will have no liability or responsibility to you for any losses of any kind with respect to this Program, including but not limited to losses of rewards.
