Established in 1937, the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art is Augusta's only nonprofit art gallery and visual arts school. Headquartered in historic Ware's Folly (c. 1818), GHIA provides studio art classes for youth, teens, and adults, and a rotating calendar of exhibits.
Inspired by that idea of comfortable familiarity, we are building a bar that celebrates those things that make this community special. It’s classic, but still contemporary. It’s casual, but with a real sense of significance and style. It’s a good place to have a good drink.
