We are an outdoor exercise and nutrition program for adults. 6-week Tours, Mon-Fri, 1hour/day. We focus on the 5 components of physical fitness: muscle strength and endurance, cardio strength/endurance, flexibility, body composition. Trained and Experienced Instructors, since 2006.
