Your Lyft Pass is just a tap away

Organizations can share a Lyft Pass to your email or phone or via a QR code, promo code, or link.

If you can’t find your invitation, ask your organization’s transportation manager for more details.

Tip: You will need the Lyft app to claim and use your pass. If you don’t have the app, set up a new Lyft account.

Email

If your organization shared a Lyft Pass via email, check your inbox for the invitation and claim your pass. From there, you’ll be directed to the Lyft app where you can see pass details.

Phone

If your organization shared a pass to your mobile phone, you’ll get a text or push with an invite to claim your pass. Tapping on either message takes you to the Lyft app where you can see your pass details.

Code or Link

You can also receive a Lyft Pass via code or link.

If you have a code, open the Lyft app, tap the app menu, then tap 'Payment.' Tap ‘Add Lyft Pass’ and enter your code. Finally, tap ‘Add pass’ to see your Lyft Pass rules.

If you have a QR code, scan it with your mobile device. This automatically opens your Lyft app to the page with your pass details.

If you have a link, such as lyft.com/lp/CODE123, open it on your mobile device. This takes you to a website to claim your Lyft Pass.

Get riding

When you’re ready, request a ride that meets your Lyft Pass rules, and the pass will automatically apply.

See what’s covered

View your Lyft Pass details anytime in the app. Open the Lyft app, then tap the app menu. Tap 'Payment,' and scroll down to the ‘Lyft Pass’ section.
