Inspired by your actions, we’re excited to announce a new relationship with Allstate Roadside Services to bring you 24/7 roadside assistance right from the app. You only pay when you use it.
And if you’ve got Platinum status, we’ll foot the entire bill.
Here’s the Deal
Every Lyft driver gets a pre-negotiated flat rate of $79 on towing roadside assistance for up to five miles, and $5 per mile after that.
You also get other essential services for a flat rate of $59 each:

Drivers who already have insurance through Allstate Roadside Services or Esurance will enjoy further discounts and free services. After calling Allstate Roadside Services for help, your representative will apply any discounts that Lyft offers for your personal plan.
How to Call for Help
For extra convenience, we’ve baked Allstate Roadside Services directly into the Lyft app.
Open the app.
From the menu, tap ‘Help’ and then ‘Roadside Assistance.’
Call the number that’s provided for you.
You’ll be connected with Allstate Roadside Services' phone support, led by experts who’ll know exactly whom to send your way. Just mention that you’re with Lyft.
Allstate Roadside Services administers roadside assistance through Allstate Motor Club. * Lyft will reimburse base costs for roadside assistance on approved Lyft vehicles ($79 for towing, or $59 for additional roadside assistance of fuel delivery, lockout, flat tire, or dead battery). The driver is responsible for additional charges, including towing mileage in excess of 5 miles.
