This perk is rolling out to most US cities.* Plus, for a limited time, Gold and Platinum tier drivers can unlock even higher cashback savings.
Here’s how much you could save from Upside every time you fill up:
All drivers can get up to 25¢/gallon cash back
Gold drivers get up to 27¢/gallon cash back, for a limited time
Platinum drivers get up to 32¢/gallon cash back, for a limited time

Find an eligible gas station near you in the Lyft Driver app.
Link a debit or credit card, and use it to pay for your gas.
Get your cash back in your Lyft Driver app in 3–10 days.

What makes this different from what other companies offer?
With Lyft, Gold and Platinum drivers can access even higher savings for a limited time. While all drivers can save up to $0.25/gallon, Gold and Platinum drivers can currently save up to $0.27/gallon and $0.32/gallon, respectively.
Does Lyft make money off this?
We don’t. Upside works with gas station partners to offer cashback savings for drivers. The idea is that drivers save money and the gas stations boost sales, so it’s a win-win.
Lyft partnered with Upside to bring these savings right to the Lyft app. Lyft has negotiated with Upside to offer Lyft drivers discounts. None of the cash back goes to Lyft—it all goes to drivers.
