See the exact bonus amounts upfront: You’ll see the exact bonus amount on the pink and purple zones on your map so you know how much you can earn before you get there.
Unlock more earnings with Bonus Zones: Just drive into a Bonus Zone to unlock that bonus for your next ride request, no matter where the ride pickup or drop-off is. You’ll earn the bonus once you complete that ride.

No, you’ll lose your bonus if you go offline, cancel, or miss the next ride request. If the rider cancels the ride, you’ll still receive the bonus when you complete your next ride—no matter where the pickup or drop off is.
When and where will Bonus Zones show up on my map?
When Bonus Zones appear as pink and purple zones, that means there’s high rider demand and low number of drivers available in the region. Pink zones typically have higher bonuses, while purple zones have lower bonuses. You’ll see them whether you’re offline or online, as long as they’re available.
Will the location and amount of a Bonus Zone change?
Yes, Bonus Zones can change. The locations and bonus amounts may update based on how busy it is in real-time.
What happens if I drive through two Bonus Zones?
You’ll always unlock the highest of the bonus amounts you drive through before you receive the next ride request. For example:
If you drive into a $5 zone, followed by a $10 zone before you get a ride request, then you’ll unlock the $10 bonus.
If you drive into a $10 zone, followed by a $5 zone before you get a ride request, then you’ll unlock the $10 bonus.
If you drive into a $5 zone and accept a ride request, but then you drive into a $10 zone on your way to pick up your passenger, you’ll unlock the $5 bonus.
You cannot unlock Bonus Zones bonuses when you’re on your way to pick up a passenger or in a ride.
Can I qualify for multiple Bonus Zones bonuses in a day?
Yep! You can earn unlimited bonuses as long as you unlock them in the Bonus Zone and complete the ride. As long as the zones are available, the sky’s the limit.
Do I have to stay in the Bonus Zone to receive my bonus?
No, you don’t have to stay within that zone. After you’ve unlocked your bonus on your next ride request, you can leave. You’ll receive the bonus when you complete that ride, no matter where the pickup or drop off is.
How are Bonus Zones different from Personal Power Zones?
Unlike Personal Power Zones, Bonus Zone amounts don’t increase because you stay in the zone. Whether you stay or leave the Bonus Zone, you’ll unlock the same bonus amount for your next ride request.
