These Lyft Business Rewards US Program Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Lyft, Inc., and its affiliates and subsidiaries in the United States, (“Lyft”) and govern your participation in the Lyft Business Rewards Program (the “Program”). Your participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Lyft Privacy Policy, the Lyft Terms of Service, and the Lyft Cash Terms and Conditions, (collectively, the “Terms”). By participating in this Program, or otherwise accessing any benefits under the Program, you agree to these Terms, and you represent and warrant that your participation is permitted by any organization with which your business profile is associated and is not in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR CANNOT MAKE THE FOREGOING REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM OR USE ANY OF THE ASSOCIATED PROGRAM FEATURES OR BENEFITS.
This Program is offered at Lyft's sole discretion. Lyft may unilaterally: (i) terminate or suspend the Program, in whole or in part; (ii) change any aspect of the Program, these Terms, benefits, eligibility requirements, qualification criteria, and/or earning thresholds, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of benefits and/or rewards already accumulated; and/or (iii) modify the Program for limited cohorts of Program Members (as defined below).
Subject to applicable law, Lyft reserves the right to prospectively change, cancel, restrict, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time effective immediately upon being posted to https://www.lyft.com/terms/business-rewards, and you agree that all changes will be effective upon such posting. By continuing to participate in the Program after posting of the revised Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Terms and/or Program changes. You agree to regularly review these Terms, so that you will be apprised of all changes. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” legend at the top of these Terms.
You may access information about your activity in the Program by visiting the business rewards tab in the Lyft app. Your Rewards (as defined below) are personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared for any reason, including inheritance or divorce. Lyft is not responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent access to or use of your Rewards.
THE PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED WITH CERTAIN REWARDS AND FEATURES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT LYFT MAY TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHAT THE REWARDS ARE, HOW YOU EARN THEM, AND THE DURATION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PROGRAM) AT ANY TIME IN LYFT’S SOLE DISCRETION.
Lyft is currently transitioning Program Members from a prior version of the Program to the updated version of the Program described in these Terms. During the transition, Program Members may not have access to some or all new Program benefits. Benefits earned under the prior version of the Program will be honored. Program Members will be transitioned to the updated Program by August 31, 2025.
Eligibility. “Program Members” means all participants in this Program. You will be eligible to participate in this Program if you (1) set up a business profile account in the Lyft app and maintain such account in good standing, and (2) link the business profile to a participating organization. This Program is exclusive to your verified business profile account associated with a participating organization and may not be transferred. Benefits under the Program may differ among Program Members and participating organizations, and Lyft reserves the right to offer differentiated Program benefits to different cohorts of Program Members and/or participating organizations.
Term and Termination. The Program has no predetermined term or termination date and may continue until such time as Lyft, at its sole discretion, elects to designate a Program termination.
Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Program Members, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by Lyft for any reason. Any fraud or abuse of the Program, failure to follow any of the Terms, and/or any misrepresentation may impact your eligibility for further participation in the Program. If your Lyft app account or your business profile account associated with a participating organization is terminated, all Rewards (including but not limited to Third Party Rewards) will be forfeited immediately upon termination.
Further, Lyft reserves the right to seek all remedies, whether available at law or at equity, in the event a Program Member defrauds or abuses the Program.
Earning Rewards. Program Members may earn benefits, perks, and rewards under the Program (collectively, “Rewards”) based on the criteria pertaining to a specific Reward as described below. Where a third party provides a Reward (such third party being referred to herein as a “Reward Partner”), the provision of that Reward is undertaken solely by the Reward Partner and Lyft disclaims any and all warranties or liability whatsoever related to that Reward. Lyft expressly reserves the right to modify or remove any Rewards associated with the Program at any time and without notice.
Certain Rewards may be provided by Reward Partners (such Rewards being collectively referred to herein as “Third Party Rewards”). Access to these Third Party Rewards is a privilege that may be revoked, modified, or suspended by Lyft and/or the Reward Partner at any time in its sole discretion. The provision of any Third Party Rewards will be subject to separate terms between you and the Reward Partner. By agreeing to receive any such Third Party Rewards, you agree to any terms and conditions placed on such reward by the Reward Partner. Lyft does not warrant that your use of the Third Party Rewards will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements. Lyft does not provide any of the Third Party Rewards. Lyft disclaims any liability arising from the provision of, or your use of, any Third Party Rewards.
Rewards. Rewards include Lyft Cash and unique or enhanced benefits with Reward Partners, such as Hilton or Alaska Airlines. Program Members may earn Rewards on eligible rides completed entirely within the United States using a verified business profile account associated with a participating organization, and eligible rides exclude Wait & Save, Shared, and Bikes & Scooters (“Qualifying Rides”). Lyft expressly reserves the right to modify or remove any rides excluded from eligibility for some or all Rewards at any time and without notice. Third Party Rewards can be earned under only one Reward Partner at a time, and Program Members can switch Reward Partners by following the process outlined in the Lyft app.
Lyft Cash. Program Members can earn Promotional Lyft Cash, as defined in the Lyft Cash Terms and Conditions, (“Promotional Lyft Cash”). Promotional Lyft Cash can be earned by Program Members on Qualifying Rides. Promotional Lyft Cash will accrue based on the dollar amount spent on Qualifying Rides, excluding taxes, fees, tips, and Lyft Up donations. Promotional Lyft Cash can be used to pay for personal or business rides. Promotional Lyft Cash cannot be used to pay for all charges, including memberships, consumer rentals, driver fees, gift cards, and charges incurred outside the United States. Lyft may unilaterally change the limit on the amount of Promotional Lyft Cash that can be accrued under this Program at any time with or without notice. Promotional Lyft Cash earned under this Program expires as determined by Lyft, and applicable expiration date(s) may be found in the Lyft app.
Hilton Honors™. By participating in this Program and accessing and/or using any Hilton Honors benefits, you specifically agree to the Hilton and Lyft Terms and Conditions (“Hilton and Lyft Terms”). Program Members first must link their Lyft app account with their Hilton Honors account pursuant to the instructions included in the Hilton and Lyft Terms. Hilton Honors Points (“Points”) then can be earned by Program Members on Qualifying Rides. Program Members can earn extra Points on eligible rides, in addition to Points earned outside this Program under the Hilton and Lyft Terms.
Any extra Points specific to this Program will apply to the base number of Points calculated pursuant to the Hilton and Lyft Terms. Rides excluded from Rewards under the Program still may earn Points under the Hilton and Lyft Terms. Lyft may unilaterally change the limit on the amount of Points that can be earned under this Program at any time with or without notice.
Alaska Airlines. By participating in this Program and accessing and/or using any Alaska Airlines benefits, you specifically agree to the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan ™ and Lyft Terms and Conditions (“Mileage Plan Terms”). Program Members first must link their Lyft app account with their Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan account pursuant to the instructions included in the Mileage Plan Terms. Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles (“Miles”) then can be earned by Program Members on Qualifying Rides. Program Members can earn extra Miles on eligible rides, in addition to Miles earned outside this Program under the Mileage Plan Terms. Any extra Miles specific to this Program will apply to the base number of Miles calculated pursuant to the Mileage Plan Terms. Rides excluded from Rewards under the Program still may earn Miles under the Mileage Plan Terms. Lyft may unilaterally change the limit on the amount of Miles that can be earned under this Program at any time with or without notice.
Disclaimer and Release. The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time. Lyft is not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program and/or any of its features or any of the Rewards provided under the Program. Lyft may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any feature at any time without notice. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lyft, our Reward Partners, and Lyft’s and such partner's agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and/or accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lyft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, quality, durability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Waiver. Lyft may waive compliance with these Terms in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lyft’s failure to exercise any of its rights under these Terms or its delay in enforcing or exercising any of those rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Program, you agree that Lyft, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, and any Reward Partner, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability or responsibility to you for any losses of any kind with respect to this Program, including but not limited to losses of Rewards. Neither the Program nor any Reward or Third Party Reward or benefit offered by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by Program Members against any Released Party.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU AND LYFT MAY EACH BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU AND LYFT BOTH ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE OR HAVE A DISPUTE RESOLVED AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU REMAIN SUBJECT TO THE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS OUTLINED IN THE LYFT TERMS OF SERVICE.
THIS SECTION WILL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF PROGRAM MEMBER'S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
