Ready for a return to business travel? We’re excited to introduce a smoother experience for our customers. As you prepare for getting travelers back on the road (sooner or later), we’ve revamped Business Profiles for your company’s travel needs.

Track & manage multiple programs with a new level of data visibility

With the new Business Profiles experience, you can create multiple business travel transportation programs with custom settings for groups of employees. Multiple program-level settings give you a granular view of transportation spend along with additional control.

Save time managing program metrics with the Insights dashboard, where you can quickly apply filters and segment data to understand usage, check for abuse, ensure duty of care, and quantify program success.

Streamline expensing

Employees can still separate business and personal rides, but we’ve upgraded our integrations with top expense providers like SAP Concur and Expensify.

Now there’s no need to rely on employees to set up expense info: Admins can integrate the expense provider directly into the Portal to ensure all ride receipts are automatically forwarded.

Upgraded traveler experience

The new experience allows you to create a custom name and logo for your Business Travel program that employees will see in the Lyft app.

Riders get easier business travel for any ride, including Lux, Wait & Save, and standard Lyft. And Lyft’s Health Safety standards ensure our community stays protected on the road.
